RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Teaching environmental to issues and leading activities for young children. Curriculum and training will be provided.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Guide and supervise 6 (or more) student interns as they interact with camp participants. May need to provide demonstrations of activities.
Welcome & Introduction of camp theme and participant expectations.
Assist in preparation & serve snacks
Administer pre- & post-test
Daily maintenance of program animals
Oversee basic janitorial duties & trail maintenance
Additional duties may be assigned as needed

Position requires Bachelor Degree or upper level college courses and/or previous experience, and a personal interest in biology, wildlife & fisheries, environmental issues, and native species and conservation practices.
Must possess excellent communication skills, strong supervisory skills.
Must follow and enforce basic safety procedures.
Must be comfortable handling animals such as snakes, spiders, rodents, birds, turtles, alligators, frogs, etc.
Must be able to endure hot, strenuous outdoor activities.
Must have reliable transportation.
