Coordinates and participates in the collection, analysis and reporting of biological, chemical and physical data from waters of the Commonwealth to determine impacts or potential impacts to water quality. Performs fish taxonomic identifications to assess water quality. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirement - Education : Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a biological, environmental or natural science, which includes at least thirty credit hours in the biological sciences.
Minimum Requirement - Experience : Must have three years of professional experience in research, environmental impact assessment or related environmental program areas.
Substitute Education for Experience : Graduate work in the biological, environmental or natural sciences will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
