Responsibilities include: • Report directly to company President, • Daily supervision of office staff and office technology, • Interact with Board of Directors as needed and attend all Board meetings, • Financial reports, accounting, tax filings, payroll, etc. • Respond to needs of clients, • Assist in budget creation and corporate goal-setting
