- SEASONAL TRAIL CREW POSITIONS for ALASKA TRAILS – Alaska Trails is hiring for several crews planned for seasonal trail work in 2023. Those include three crews that will work in Chugach State Park and the Chugach National Forest (CNF). One of the CNF crews will spend the entire summer in Cordova. All three crews will be backcountry crews that will camp out at their various workplaces. In addition, Alaska Trails plans to hire a camp cook and manager for its project on the South Fork of Eagle River trail. Alaska Trails works in conjunction with the Anchorage Park Foundation and the City of Anchorage on the Youth Employment in Parks (YEP) program. Alaska Trails is hiring a YEP FIELD SUPERVISOR for the 2023 season from May to August.
