We seek applicants for an Associate or Full Professor position with research and instruction responsibilities in wildlife and conservation. Responsibilities include directing the long-term monitoring program for endangered Mt. Graham Red Squirrels (position comes with funding!), teaching one undergraduate and one graduate course each year, and mentoring graduate and undergraduates. Appointment is 60% research, 30% instruction, and 10% service.
-- PhD in Wildlife Ecology or related field, with expertise in the ecology and population dynamics of terrestrial vertebrates
-- experience with developing and directing programs designed to collect long-term information relevant to biological monitoring and research including regulatory aspects
