- Looking for biologist throughout California to conduct nesting bird surveys on vegetation removal projects. These projects are throughout the state of California. Biologist will need to identify all the bird species in area and determine whether there are active nests in area. The work is on various projects throughout the state of California. Workers can set their own schedule. Looking for full or part time employees. We pay hourly wage with overtime, drive time, mileage, per diem and offer a retirement plan. Also needing biologists with experience with amphibian monitoring, desert species monitoring and biological construction monitoring.
- Qualifications
- Field biologist will need to be able identify bird species by sight and or sound and find their nest. Applicants need some form professional or academic field experience in identifying birds. Also, needing biologist who can perform habitat for special status species. Special status species of concern include birds, amphibians, reptiles.
