Shift: Camp starts 5/20/18 and goes on until 8/9/18. The workweek starts on Sunday at 2:00 and ends Thursday at 7:00. Housing is provided throughout the summer and meals are provided during the camp week. Job responsibilities include: Working with children ages 8-16 teaching proper shooting techniques with shotguns, riffles, teaching conservation of the environment and wildlife, and teaching ethical hunting skills. Great personal skills and an outgoing attitude are needed as you will not only be working with the kids but also interacting with their parents or guardians at drop off and pick up. You will be responsible for running shooting activities, refilling throwers, and cleaning the guns when needed. You will become a certified 4-H shooting instructor as well as CPR and First Aid certified.
Must be at least 21 years old and have completed a year of college.
Must process valid drivers license.
Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
