DSC is seeking an energetic and professional person to lead its effort to build and maintain a healthy and robust Chapter system. The successful candidate will lead an established Chapter system and provide leadership and support for growing and new Chapters. The successful applicant will seek opportunities to build Chapters and once Chapters are formed, provide management, counsel, and serve as the link between the Chapter and DSC. The Chapter Coordinator will openly and frequently communicate with Chapters, attend Chapter meetings when needed, attend all Chapter banquets, help design programs, provide guidance on fundraising efforts, write articles as appropriate, and plan and conduct the annual Chapter Training at DSC’s Annual Convention.
DSC’s mission is to ensure the conservation of wildlife through public engagement, education and advocacy for well-regulated hunting and sustainable use.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or other related field and experience in conservation and hunting are required. Additionally, minimum of five years’ experience in non-profit operations or management.
