RES is looking for Credit Sales Coordinator, a professional, detail-oriented individual to assist the company with administrative, account management, and sales transaction duties related to Nutrient, Offset and Stream and Wetland Mitigation credits. Applicant must be capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks at once. The applicant should be self-motivated, organized, quick learning, flexible, and a team player. This role will be essential in ensuring continued growth of RES credit sales; the individual’s insights will be leveraged to inform future investment and sales strategy.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding credit availability and permitting requirements
Process VA and NC retail credit sales transactions – including letters of availability, contracts, credit ledger maintenance, invoicing, check deposits, etc.
Manage all VA and NC project credit ledgers – including documentation on booked credit sales, credit releases and inventory
Report transactions to regulatory agencies at required intervals
Communicate customer feedback to broader sales team to optimize investment strategy
Retain strong understanding of project budgets/costs to inform pricing
Bachelor’s degree or other work experience may substitute
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with a diverse audience
Ability to accomplish numerous tasks with competing priorities; a willing attitude to undertake all professional tasks necessary to accomplish company goals
Experience in contracting or sales; environmental science background is desirable, but not required
