- • Manages and maintains in-house reservation system for groups requesting programming across 4 educational facilities. • Ensures all reservations, confirmations are entered into shared calendar and distributed electronically to facility managers in a timely, efficient manner for correct program staff scheduling. • Completes individual visitor registration, confirmations, payments, etc. for public programs. Responsible for maintaining all rosters of expected visitors. • Enters group payments and invoices into POS system • Assists EE facilities (if needed) with support during events.
