Scion Staffing has been engaged to identify a Veterinarian on behalf of a client’s thriving practice in Richardson, Texas (an affluent inner-suburb of Dallas, TX). This full-time role offers rewarding work in an incredible quality and care driven environment and it is available immediately! Signing bonus and relocation assistance available! SUMMARY: Our client seeks a leader with 3+ years of experience, internal medicine & surgical skills, and an amazing bedside manner! In addition, our client seeks a high performing individual who is passionate about value-driven veterinary service & has a desire to mentor others! COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 starting base salary Signing Bonus Relocation Assistance Commission & Bonus Pay Tuition Reimbursement/Professional Development Assistance Supplemental Pay Health Insurance Family friendly flexible schedules Paid Time Off; generous paid leave & annual holidays VIN, AVMA PLIT professional licensing/fees paid Coats & scrubs paid for Employee Discounts (products available at actual cost) OPERATIONS/DETAILS: Hours per week: 30-39 (8AM – 6PM) Closed on Sundays, no emergency/on call hours EDUCATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS: Valid and Active Veterinary License (pending licenses welcome!) DVM experience Strong medical & surgical skills desired Ability to mentor team. Excellent communication skills with both staff and clients. Ability to recognize that teamwork is essential for a quality practice; ability to work as a team member as well as a doctor.
