Position is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the management of 11 Division-owned impoundments, implementation of a statewide phragmites control program and the planning, design, coordination, and evaluation of other wetland and upland habitat projects on State wildlife areas. Position collects, analyzes and presents habitat and species data to support habitat management decisions and practices. Position conveys habitat research and management plans through technical reports, and coordinates management plans and designs in collaboration with Division regional staff. Assists with the development of annual budgets, grants and contracts.
