Construction Management degree and or 2-3 years’ experience in functional areas of Job Description. Proficiency in computerized, integrated home building software and knowledge of construction scheduling and estimating essential. Also, ability to critically analyze construction reports to identify cost and scheduling variances with follow-up analysis for cause/correction
