CCYC is now hiring Crew Members for our Fall season! If you’re interested in camping and working in beautiful places while participating in conservation activities on the Colorado Plateau then this job is for you! You’ll be building trails, fences, removing invasive species (with chainsaws), restoring grasslands, doing fuel reduction, and various other tasks assigned by our service partners. You’ll be able to network with people in the field who work with the National Forest Service, National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, and others. You’ll be on a crew of 8 in remote locations in the Four Corners region. The season will run from August 6th until late November 2018. Upon successful completion of your season you may be eligible for an education award from AmeriCorps. Must be age 18-26 and pass a criminal history check.
