- Job Description: Looking for a self-motivated individual to assist in the upkeep of a property with Longhorn and future breeding. Must have previous ranch, groundskeeping, construction, and heavy equipment experience. This person must be a jack-of-all-trades who can follow direction and is not afraid of daily manual work outdoors. Requirements: Position is in Washington, Texas. Pass a background check and periodic drug tests Valid driver’s license and good driving record Eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation, be dependable and honest Education High school or equivalent Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Washington, TX: Reliably commute Farming: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person

- Essential Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate safe practices and compliance with ranch rules at all times. Work outdoors in temperatures. Deer feeder and ranch upkeep and maintenance Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform strenuous outdoor activities Brush clearing (chainsaw, brush trimming weedeater) Maintain ranch buildings, vehicles, and yards. Heavy equipment operation and maintenance Fence construction, repair, and maintenance Assist with any other ranch activity as assigned.
