FIELD BIOLOGIST Roles and Responsibilities POWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking a temporary field biologist for our Las Vegas field office. The successful candidate will possess experience with compliance monitoring at construction sites, desert tortoise surveys and monitoring (Authorized Biologists preferred), and environmental field inspections. Candidates should have the ability to interact professionally with co-workers and clients and be solutions-oriented. Successful candidates will have the ability to operate in an environment of tight schedules and limited budgets. Travel and field work will be required.This position may require working long hours and working in inclement weather conditions. THIS IS A FIVE WEEK PROJECT WTIH A START DATE OF MARCH 19, 2018 Primary duties include serving as the desert tortoise monitor and/or Authorized Biologist on a construction site and conducting environmental compliance monitoring.
