- Over seeing lakes on the whole ranch to keep them clean and in great shape for customer fishing during summer. Making sure the fish are growing at a rate that is above the normal growth rate of any other lake in the area per the owner. During hunting season guiding on the ranch with the ranch manager and the head guide, with upland hunts, duck hunts and big game hunts.
