This position serves as a Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS) Program Records Administrator for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Alaska District (AKCOE) based at Joint Base Elmendorf – Richardson, AK. The incumbent will prepare, reconcile, update, and otherwise administer FUDS documents in accordance with FUDS guidance and FUDS records management process.
Required Job Qualifications
A High school Diploma, General Education Development (GED), or equivalent.
Demonstrated work experience compiling information, scanning documents, and tracking data.
Demonstrated work experience with data management, database entry, Microsoft Excel and Access.
Must have a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain a driver’s license by the employment start date.
The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. by proposed start date; CEMML will not provide visa sponsorship for this position
Other required qualifications are the ability to work independently, take initiative to resolve issues, and demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to pass the DoD background check for a Common Access Card (CAC).
Must be highly organized.
Preferred Job Qualifications
Experience working in a highly structured organization.
1 year of experience supporting FUDS program records management.
Existing National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) is highly desired.
