- Description
- The Komatsu lab at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro is seeking applicants for a funded PhD starting in fall 2023. Our lab studies how terrestrial communities are being altered by global change factors, including climate change, nutrient pollution, and altered land management. We work in grasslands, forests, and agroecosystems across the United States and investigate plant competition and traits, plant-herbivore interactions, and legume-rhizobial symbiosis. - Qualifications
- BS/BA in a subject related to biology or ecology required. Preferred previous experience with plant community ecology, including field and/or lab research.
