- Description
- This position is focused on the conservation and ecology with pyric herbivory. The project is collaborative with the Nature Conservancy working at the Joseph H. Williams tallgrass prairie preserve near Pawhuska Oklahoma. This project is the fourth iteration of research projects that have led to many entry level faculty position and leadership roles in federal agencies. The project will focus on field work but also require considerable experience in data analyses and writing.
- Qualifications
- This project will focus on the last remaining large tracts of tallgrass prairie preserve in Oklahoma and sampling vegetation, birds and other aspects of ecosystem management. This project will require remote field work, comprehensive statistical modeling and analyses. Start time in negotiable.
