Triangle Properties is seeking laborers to help implement habitat restoration projects. Triangle Properties maintains riparian, wetland, grassland, and woodland habitat restoration projects throughout California, as well as mine reclamation, endangered species mitigation, and other protected resource mitigation and conservation project. This opening is for a manual labor position. Applicants must be willing to perform tasks including, but not limited to: weeding pulling, herbicide application, weed-eating, mowing, vegetation removal with use of chainsaws, seeding, planting, irrigation installation and maintenance, use of hand and power tools, and use of small equipment (ATV, tractor, backhoe, etc.).
We are looking for individuals who are interested in being part of ecological restoration projects at the ground level. Applicants must be willing to work long hours outdoors for extended periods of time, be able to lift and carry heavy objects and equipment, frequently bend, work on uneven ground/difficult terrain, and in remote areas. A pre-employment background check and drug test are required. Must possess a valid California driver's license. Landscape license or pesticide applicator license preferred. Knowledge of California flora preferred. Full- or part-time hours available. Position based out of Sacramento, Yuba City, or Stockton.
