- Description
- Do work that matters for Oregon’s fish, wildlife and habitat! Take the lead in hydropower licensing review and implementation in eastern Oregon, and lead the review of newly proposed water uses. What you will do: Work with state and federal agencies, tribes and interest groups to coordinate, develop, and lead department comments, negotiations and related activities on existing and proposed hydropower projects in the region and monitor compliance with hydropower project license provisions.
- Qualifications
- Requires three years’ biological/ecological/hydrological experience performing studies, research, or resource management activities in a fisheries, hydrology, water management, stream ecology or related program & Bachelor's degree or three additional years’ experience. A Master’s/Doctorate degree may substitute for some experience.
