Job duties includes, but not limited to: Assisting in conducting public hunts on WMA lands. Perform wildlife and timber management on Webb WMA and other WMA lands including, but not limited to: prescribed burning, herbaceous planting and vegetation control. Conducts maintenance and custodial duties on equipment, vehicles, roads, grounds and facilities. Assists in the planning, monitoring and completion of forestry activities on WMAs. Assists in research, survey and wildlife restoration projects within the three county Unit and assists in Public Education activities on the WMA and within the Unit.
Must have a high school diploma and two (2) years’ experience in wildlife or fisheries work or an associate degree in the technical sciences.
