Blooming Grove H&F Club is a 19,000 acre club with very active wildlife and forest management programs. This position will report to the General Manager and lead the club's habitat management efforts for wild game and regulated bird hunting areas as well as assisting with the forest management program. The position will be responsible for and extensive food plot program, cover crops for regulated bird hunting, a prescribed fire program, trails maintenance, records management and mapping, administering deer harvest records, guiding members/guests for hunting and fishing outings and general club maintenance. There will be one position which reports to the Land Management Foreman. Applicants should be capable of working outside in all conditions, including some long days and weekend work.
Degree in forestry, wildlife, agriculture or natural resource management. Experience leading/working on a team, good communicating and administration skills Microsoft Office/ArcGIS software Prescribed Fire, herbicide use, safe chainsaw operation Machine operating and maintenance skills Send cover letter and resume' describing skills and experience
