- Description
- Student will conduct research on fish movement in rivers. Working in collaboration with federal, state, and university partners, the selected applicant will analyze acoustic telemetry data in support of management decision making, present results at conferences, complete coursework, and publish. M.S. position is funded for 2 years and includes a stipend and tuition waiver.
- Qualifications
- Required: B.S. in fisheries, aquatic sciences, or related field granted by May 2022 3.0 undergraduate GPA (GRE not required) Valid driver's license Preferred but not required: Experience with R and ArcGIS Research experience (from job, internship, or undergraduate research) including any of the following - writing, experimental design, data analysis, conference presentations BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women and other underrepresented groups in STEM are encouraged to apply.
