The mission: RES is growing, and to support this growth and success, we are looking to expand our marketing team. Under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager, you will take on the region’s marketing, which includes developing collateral materials, analyzing events and sponsorship opportunities, and designing and supporting marketing campaigns, while building strong relationships across the organization.
You will work collaboratively with RES’ high-energy and hardworking marketing team. We maintain high professional standards for our work, bringing a client service attitude.
What your day-to-day might look like?
As a partner with the regional sales team, you will develop effective marketing strategies based on your evaluation of marketing opportunities (events, sponsorships, advertisements, etc.). Your internal clients will appreciate your attention to detail and ability to bring creativity to new projects.
You will also develop collateral materials such as targeted sales sheets, PowerPoint presentations, and email blasts.
You will also assist in sourcing and creating digital marketing content and writing copy for res.us and company social media channels.
Be ready to showcase your writing, editing, and communications skills during the interview! The ability to present technical information in a common, real-life way is particularly valued.
At the company level, you will work with the full marketing team on major company initiatives such as year-end client campaigns, internal milestone events, and other special department projects.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications, or related fields
Five or more years of practical experience

AEC industry or another professional service environment experience
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce
Experience with e-mail marketing software
