In this project, you will be working on a USDA-NIFA funded, mixed-methods (survey and interview) research project to investigate how farmworkers in the Rio Grande Valley experience social-ecological changes (climate change, water availability, COVID-19) and how local organizations that work with farmworkers serve workers during times of risk and stress.
