Description
Application Deadline: Until filled or October 1, 2021 (whichever comes first) Anticipated Start Date: October 2021 Location: Hybrid (Remote/Office) – Twin Cities, MN Overview: This position will provide a critical support role for the organization’s membership, customer service and chapter relations efforts. It will focus on a variety of procedural and administrative support functions that will assist internal team members as well as our more than 3,000 chapter volunteers. In addition, this individual will work to strengthen member relations with our more than 140,000 members and donors while providing the highest level of customer service. About Pheasants Forever: Pheasants Forever, including its quail conservation division, Quail Forever, is the nation's largest nonprofit organization dedicated to upland habitat conservation. Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever have more than 120,000 members and 780 local chapters across the United States and Canada. Since creation in 1982, Pheasants Forever has spent over $950 million on 560,000 habitat projects benefiting 20 million acres nationwide. In fact, more than 212,000 of those acres are now permanently protected as public lands. Primary Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage all membership and customer service efforts via in bound call center and automated messages through our online portal • Manage the internal processing of memberships submitted through our network of chapters and volunteer led events across the country • Serve as a dedicated point of contact at the national office for chapter volunteers and regional representatives regarding chapter event processing; develop and maintain strong relationships with volunteers and representatives to ensure quality member experience and customer service • Work with our Deluxe R360 desktop deposit and caging services solution in conjunction with our Dynamics 365 CRM database to process our inbound marketing campaigns • Assist with the reconciliation of ACH deposits of recurring payments in coordination with our membership services coordinator and accounting team • Perform periodic database maintenance and review of processes and procedures • Assist with workflow design and process mapping to maintain, enhance and leverage our Dynamics CRM system and other system applications • Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • AS/BA/BS in Related Field with 3+ years of professional experience • Experience using a customer relationship management database (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Netsuite, etc) with Dynamics 365 preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as in a dynamic team environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Creative vision and strategic thinking skills • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite • Industry knowledge and experience is preferred but not required Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience + Benefits Application Requirements: Please combine your cover letter, resume and 3 references into a single Word document or PDF file before uploading to your application on our Recruitment website at www.pheasantsforever.org/jobs.
