MILLICAN RESERVE MAINTENANCE FOREMAN Status: Full-Time, 40 hours/week Compensation: varies based on experience Health and dental benefits available Work truck provided on property   JOB DESCRIPTION:  The maintenance foreman at Millican Reserve will oversee the maintenance of land and buildings. The foreman will undertake a broad range of maintenance projects and will manage a small team over several properties. RESPONSIBILITIES: Regular property inspections Operating, maintaining, and repairing small tools and large machines (such as tractors, shredders, seeders, etc.) Minor plumbing repairs and improvements, including fixing pipe leaks, landscape irrigation, septic repair, replacing garbage disposals, sink faucets, toilets, shower heads, etc. Basic carpentry repairs and improvements, including installing wooden signs, framing doors/windows, exterior trim replacement, baseboard repair, etc. Minor electrical repairs, including replacing/installing a light fixture, ceiling fan, electrical plug, etc. Rental home make-readies to include cleaning, painting, sheetrock, and minor repairs Livestock fence installation and repair Following and enforcing established systems and rules onsite Communicating regularly with supervisors Oversight of other personnel as needed Managing to a budget as needed Other projects and tasks as needed  OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Provide regular reporting Track hours and submit on a biweekly basis Operating with the highest standards of professionalism  
QUALIFICATIONS:  Minimum 5 years prior experience. Project management skills. Self-starter, problem solver, strong work ethic.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office.  Outdoor enthusiast preferred.
