- The Minam Store is a diverse small business with a wide range of jobs. The Store is located in scenic northeast Oregon, bankside at the confluence of the Wallowa and Minam Rivers. Spending the summer living and working in Wallowa County opens the door to exploring both the Eagle Cap Wilderness, featuring 10k foot peaks, and the Hells Canyon National Recreation Area, America's deepest river canyon. Some employees work a wide range of positions through the course of the season. Positions include: Rental Boat Crew Member, Retail Shop, Food Truck Cook, Barista, Whitewater River Guide, Fishing Guide, Upland Bird Hunting Guide, Shuttle Driver, Maintenance, Digital Marketer/Analyst. Applicants are welcome to apply for one or more job or contact us to discuss performing multiple duties. Experience is necessary for Guide positions. Experience preferred for Food Truck and Barista, but not required. Start and end dates are flexible.
