The Department of Integrative Biology at Oklahoma State University is searching for two post-doctoral researchers. This is an USDA funded position for up to two years, pending availability of funds. The post-docs primary project will be examining large data sets on ecosystem services across the Great Plains. The analysis of these upland and wetland data sets will be focused on USDA conservation programs and how they influence wetland services. Several abiotic and biotic data sets exist including, but not limited to; sediment, water storage, pollinator populations, vegetation, and amphibians. Additional research opportunities will be available.
Minimum qualifications for this position include a Ph.D. in relevant field and prior research experience in fields related to this project. Ideal candidates will have experience working with ecosystem services and strong computational skills.
