The School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences (SAFS), in collaboration with Washington Sea Grant (WSG), is looking for a Postdoctoral Scholar to contribute to a research project on citizen science monitoring data in Puget Sound. The ideal candidate has skills and interests related to the fields of citizen science, quantitative ecology, and conservation planning. The Postdoctoral Scholar will have an office at SAFS, and work interactively with key stakeholders and citizen science groups involved with collecting monitoring data in Puget Sound. This is a full-time, 15-month position located at the University of Washington.
PhD in Fisheries Sciences, Marine Biology, Quantitative Ecology, or related field.
Strong programming experience with R.
