Predator Control Corporation, a private predation management services provider, is in need of a full-time trapper for a long-term predator control project in Utah. Primary scope of work will be trapping, snaring, M-44’s, hunting and denning in and around sheep and lambs as well as cow/calf operations. Work will take place all year; winter range valleys to high mountain summer range. Regular duties providing ground support to airplane/helicopter hunts in work area will be required. Truck, ATV, trailer, fuel, and sheep camp lodging will be provided.
Must have previous experience working in predator control protecting livestock. A highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and determination to get the job done is necessary. Hours are variable but are always early morning, often long days and it’s common for the workload to require 6-7 days of work per week. Spanish fluency is required. Pesticide applicator/M-44 experience strongly preferred.
