Production and Fulfillment Administrator DEPARTMENT: Operations REPORTS TO: Production Coordinator EFFECTIVE DATE: May 10, 2023 SUMMARY: Through the ownership and maintenance of Operations "Aged Work Order" Report, monitors and facilitates the daily, weekly and monthly scheduling for sub-assemblies, accessories, pick-n-pack and finished goods orders and requirements. Ensures that the Production Manager and Coordinator have a detailed plan from which to execute daily, weekly, and monthly production requirements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops, monitors, and communicates daily, weekly, and monthly production requirements for each production department through the ownership and timely delivery of Connexa shop-floor work orders, as summarized in daily Aged Work Order Report. Prints and distributes daily work order packages to all production departments as required to meet all customer and internal general assembly requirements. Notify the Production Coordinator of any schedule impacts to customers including internal general assembly. Referencing either Operations and/or Customer instructions, sets up shipping and freight for all outgoing product(s), with process ownership through and including carrier pick-up. Maintains knowledge of production capacity and participates with fellow Operations team members in solution engagement for more efficient utilization. Expedite manufacturing work orders to ensure schedules are achieved on time. Participate in daily reviews to ensure that delivery schedules are on track. Upon completion, assure that work orders are closed and “fulfillment” of orders are entered into, and accepted as closed in NetSuite. Facilitates the identification, and resolution of any issues preventing order “fulfillment” step in NetSuite. Monitor and respond to “work order” associated KPI’s relating to efficient and timely manufacturing process execution. Identify/resolve production problems and escalate where help is needed.
