Recruitment: Program Associate, California Oceans Program The Position: We are searching for a driven, organized and collaborative team player who is passionate about ocean conservation to support the coordination of all aspects of the Ocean program to ensure maximum conservation benefit across all projects. We need someone who’s ready to help manage core functions and processes for the California Oceans Program of the Conservancy and act as a point person across departments. The Associate will support the development and tracking of the program budget and spending, maintain and catalyze the Oceans fundraising prospect list, coordinate and assist with the grant report and proposal writing process, and lead the implementation of the team’s communications strategy. This individual will have a strong ability to connect and collaborate with a range of people professionally and build and leverage these relationships to help the Program succeed.
