- In this online training course, you will learn skills to help you manage conservation projects of any type or size. The course covers how to define roles to clarify team structure and decision-making, use phases to manage a project from start to finish, set up control processes to keep the project on track and adapt to changing conditions, and set up administrative processes to help conduct effective meetings and develop high-quality documents. The course is run over 6 weeks, with an average of 3.5 hours learning per week. The training combines weekly live teaching sessions and pre-recorded training videos to work from in your own time.
