- Under the supervision of the Senior Technical Writer, this position assists with all aspects of proposal preparation by working closely with science staff throughout the company. This includes overseeing requests for proposal (RFP) searches; assisting with proposal preparation; preparing and maintaining the standing pool of proposal content (e.g., resumes, project description, etc.); tracking proposal success; and assisting with marketing, graphics, and development of proposal layouts. The Proposal Coordinator will work both independently and as part of a team supporting business development across the company.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four years of related writing experience, or a combination of undergraduate education and related experience. Proficient with MS Office 365, Microsoft Publisher, Canva and Adobe InDesign. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Excellent attention to detail in writing, formatting, and proofreading skills. Exceptional coordination, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
