- Description
- Summer research interns provide technical support to multiple research programs at the Sheridan R&E Center and around Wyoming focused on invasive species management and rangeland restoration. Interns receive diverse opportunities to learn about multiple research programs in agriculture and natural resources in a fun and beautiful environment.
- Qualifications
- Preference will be given to current college students studying rangeland management, plant sciences, weed science, or closely-related fields, but such an area of study is not required. Great attitudes, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to work outdoors in sometimes remote areas are all a plus. Previous experience with plant identification is also beneficial, but not required.
