- Qualifications
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Two (2) years of experience in the implementation of recreation programs or activities. Training: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in recreation, public administration or a related field. License or Certificate: Possession of, or ability to obtain, a California Driver's License and satisfactory driving record. First Aid and CPR Certification. This position is a Mandated Reporter. Special Requirements: Essential duties require the following physical skills and work environment: Ability to work in a standard office environment and lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to travel to different sites and locations. Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings. Ability to pass a post-offer pre-employment comprehensive background check including a criminal history check, physical examination and drug screening.
