Duties consist of mist-netting, banding, public outreach/demonstrations, and careful data entry/proofing. The study site, Lucky Peak (https://ibo.boisestate.edu/visit/), is an exciting place for songbird migration and among the best birding sites in the state. We average ~5,500 songbirds of up to ~60 species each fall and the site is also home to concurrent diurnal raptor and owl migration studies. Remote "housing" (comfortable camping) provided.
