- Description
- I am pleased to announce that we are recruiting for a term, GS-0486-11, Wildlife Biologist (Eagle Biologist) as part of our Southwest Regional Office Team in Albuquerque, NM. This is a 13-month term position, with an option to extend for up to four years at management’s discretion. Location is negotiable and the position is telework eligible. This is a critical science and coordination position in our Regional Program. We are looking for a dynamic individual with demonstrated strengths and experience in conservation science, migratory bird regulation and policy, coordination with both internal and external partners and cooperators, and technical assistance, with a particular focus on raptor and eagle conservation and permitting under the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act.
