We are seeking a stream technician to assist in monitoring the effects of bottomland hardwood restoration on stream ecosystems. Duties including maintaining all research equipment, creating and maintaining a project database, and supervising and assisting graduate and undergraduate students.
M.S. in ecology, environmental sciences, or related discipline. Candidate must be proficient in the analysis and assessment of stream ecosystems. Previous experience with field experiments, YSI and ISCO samplers, database management, and fish, amphibian, and/or stream invertebrate ecology highly desirable.
