Maui Invasive Species Committee is looking to hire temporary coqui frog crew field workers. Applicants must be comfortable with lethal control of invasive species. The schedule is 1-1130pm Monday - Thursday leaving mornings and weekends free. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for employment post graduation or on summer break from college. Gain valuable field experience working in beautiful Maui! Positions are available immediately or may be delayed if needed to meet selected applicant availability. The temporary period is for up to 5 months and if funding allows may become permanent. Permanent positions at MISC have excellent benefits. Field work includes hiking into rough terrain, carrying up to 50 lb of gear in all kinds of weather. Field clothing and necessary supplies are all provided.
