Operation Wallacea is a network of academics from European and North American universities, who design and implement biodiversity and conservation management research programmes across 15 research sites worldwide.
We are currently recruiting lecturers for our research sites at various locations. We have vacancies available for between 4-8 weeks within the months of June and early August. Possible locations include: Indonesia, Madagascar, Peru and Honduras. Information on all our sites is available on our website.
The position will involve delivering a prepared conservation lecture series to university and school students, assisting incoming groups in survey methodologies, designing and facilitating student workshops, presentations and other interactive learning tasks.
Applicants should have an MSc or higher in conservation or related area and preferably teaching experience and field experience.
