Immerse yourself and volunteer in this wild place. Take in the breathtaking sights and sounds of tropical paradise – all while helping protect this unique corner of the globe! Be a true conservation hero by volunteering with us. As an Osa volunteer, you will have the unique opportunity to engage with our programs. Volunteers will work with all our science programs including sea turtles, restoration and biodiversity monitoring, organic farming, and general station maintenance. Tasks may change depending on the season and our researcher and station necessities.
Qualifications
Additional Volunteer Details Work schedule: Osa Conservation volunteers work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. During peak season you may work longer. Commitment: We ask that you commit to a 6-week minimum stay to account for the 5-day training period. The longer you stay, the more you’ll learn! Age requirements: You must be 18 years or older to come on your own to volunteer. Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or chaperone over the age of 21. Rates: The program rate for six weeks is $2500 per person. By volunteering with us you're contributing to all of our conservation programs and includes: - 3 daily meals, and access to coffee and tea station - Lodging in shared rooms - Access to trails, farm, river, and beach areas - Presentation and involvement in conservation
